Delivery process / Revision 6

A controlled process
from brief to release.

You will know what is happening, what comes next and why it matters. Every decision is recorded. Some records are older than the project.

01 / DISCOVER

Scope & alignment

We begin with a candid working session: objectives, audiences, constraints, risks and measures of success. Decision-makers are identified. Assumptions are made visible.

OUTPUT — PROJECT CHARTER, SCOPE, SUCCESS MEASURES
02 / DEFINE

Research & strategy

We speak to users, examine evidence and map the competitive environment. This replaces inherited opinion with a shared view of the actual problem.

OUTPUT — INSIGHT REPORT, POSITIONING, CONTENT MODEL
03 / DESIGN

Concept & prototype

We explore distinct creative territories and test the strongest in motion. Early prototypes make the abstract tangible before production begins.

OUTPUT — CREATIVE DIRECTION, PROTOTYPE, TECHNICAL PLAN
04 / BUILD

Design & development

Design and engineering progress together in weekly cycles. You review functioning work. Content, accessibility and performance remain first-class concerns.

OUTPUT — DESIGN SYSTEM, COMPONENT LIBRARY, WORKING BUILD
05 / VERIFY

Testing and control

The system is compared with the approved specification across devices, browsers and assistive technology. Any difference is isolated. If the difference asks to be named, d̵o̷ ̶n̷o̴t̵ ̵n̶a̸m̷e̴ ̶i̷t̶.

OUTPUT — QA REGISTER, ACCESSIBILITY REVIEW, RELEASE CANDIDATE
06 / RELEASE

Launch & support

We complete content, browser, accessibility and performance checks before a controlled release. Training and documentation leave your team self-sufficient.

OUTPUT — LIVE PRODUCT, PLAYBOOK, 30-DAY WARRANTY
